It supports:
- Facebook (Business Pages)

- X (Twitter)
- Google Business Profile
- TikTok
You can manage everything through a single interactive calendar and speed up content creation with the built-in AI Assistant.
Social Poster is ideal for digital marketers, social media managers, and business owners who need a faster, more organized way to publish consistently across multiple channels.
How to Use Social Poster
When you launch Social Poster, you’ll land on a full-month calendar view that displays all your live, planned, draft, and flagged posts by date and platform.
Each post shows a platform icon and timestamp, so you can quickly see what’s live, what’s coming up, and what still needs work.
Use the arrows at the top to navigate between months.
To start a new post, use the post editor to:
- Draft content manually or with help from the AI Assistant
- Upload images or videos and preview how they’ll appear on each platform
- Select channels, set dates and times, and publish instantly or schedule for later
You can also schedule up to 100 posts in bulk by uploading this CSV file.
This calendar view gives you a clear snapshot of your entire publishing schedule—helping you plan ahead, fill content gaps, and post consistently across all your platforms.
Step 1: Connect Your Social Media Accounts
Before you can schedule or publish content, you need to connect your social media accounts.
Click the All profiles dropdown above the calendar.
Then, hover over Add profile to see a list of supported platforms. Select the platform and follow the prompts to authorize access.
Once connected, your accounts will be ready to use.
Step 2: Create a New Post (Manually)
To get started, click New post at the top of the calendar to open the editor.
Select the profiles where you want to publish content. If any accounts aren’t connected yet, click the + icon to add them directly from the editor.
Draft your post directly in the editor or paste in content you’ve written elsewhere.
You can also add emojis, UTM parameters, hashtags, or link snippets.
Then, upload your visuals using the integrated media uploader. Whether it’s a graphic, video, or GIF, you can easily add your own creative assets.
Once your post is ready, preview how it will look on different platforms.
Then, choose to:
- Schedule it for a later date and time
- Click Publish now to post instantly
- Save a draft to continue working on.
Step 3: Create Content with the AI Assistant
Use the integrated AI Assistant to create content faster. In the editor, click AI Assistant to open the tool panel on the right.
From here, you can generate text from scratch, rework drafts, or pull in hashtag suggestions or content from URLs.
Ideas and pre-generated content can be imported directly from Social Content AI, making it easy to incorporate brand-relevant suggestions to your content workflows.
The AI Assistant lets you easily rephrase, shorten, or expand your content, change the tone of voice, or even switch the post type.
You can also design images, graphics, and even scripted videos with links.
Use the preview feature, and when you're ready, choose how you want to publish using the calendar and time picker.
Step 4: Bulk Schedule Your Posts
To schedule multiple posts at once, use the bulk scheduling feature.
Click the icon next to New post.
This opens a pop-up window, where you can upload a CSV file with post content, publish date, time, and target social channel.
Here's a basic example:
Drag and drop your completed file into the import box, or click Upload CSV and choose your file.
You can import up to 100 posts from a single CSV file.
Use our Social Calendar template.
You can review and edit your posts directly in the calendar view before they go live, which is great for teams managing large volumes of scheduled content.
When you’re ready, save, post, or schedule your posts.
Step 5: Manage Your Social Media Calendar
To manage all your posts in one place, go to the Posts tab.
This is your content management center, where you can view, search, and filter content across your accounts.
On the left, you can filter your social media content by status:
- Published: View posts that are already live
- Not Approved: Review posts that haven’t been approved yet
- Scheduled: Check what's set to go out and when
- Drafts: Find posts you’ve started but haven’t yet finished
- Errors: Spot any issues with failed posts
This section keeps you fully informed and in control of your content pipeline.
If no posts have been published during the selected time frame, you’ll see a friendly nudge to get posting.
Step 6: Explore Fresh Content Ideas
The Content Ideas section in Social Poster is your built-in inspiration hub.
Here, you can discover fresh content from blogs, news sites, or YouTube channels and use it to inspire your social media posts.
Add RSS feeds or paste in blog and video URLs to populate your feed with the latest updates.
To get started, click Add news feed and enter a URL or choose pre-selected suggestions that align with your brand.
New content will now appear in your feed.
Click Schedule on any item to open it preloaded in the post editor.
Inside the Social Toolkit, you'll find more helpful resources to power content on any social platform:
- Social Content AI for creating fresh, on-brand content ideas.
- Social Tracker to keep tabs on viral posts in your industry (or any other!).
- Social Content Insights to discover and replicate your brand’s most successful posts.
